Nathan founded Blue Mountain Wealth Management following a distinguished career as a Chief in the U.S. Coast Guard. His passion for financial planning was sparked by his own journey—navigating the complexities of wealth management while balancing a life of service. Recognizing the profound impact that sound financial guidance had on his own life, Nathan set out to create a firm dedicated to helping others achieve financial security and independence.
During his Coast Guard career, Nathan demonstrated unwavering dedication to his team, leading them through hurricanes, oil spills, and government shutdowns while ensuring the resilience of the ports under his stewardship. Outside of his professional endeavors, Nathan finds adventure in freediving, hunting, backpacking, and traveling. He remains actively engaged in community service as a dedicated member of the Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Association, where he previously served as President of the Hawaiian Islands Chapter, further embodying his lifelong commitment to leadership and service.
